Architecture & Concept
Viewz is a 41-storey tower offering a selection of studios and apartments with one to four bedrooms. All residences are delivered with fully finished interiors designed by Aston Martin, complemented by expansive views over the JLT lakes or the surrounding city skyline. A distinctive architectural feature of the project is the series of large horizontal aquariums integrated into the upper levels of the façade, creating a striking and recognisable silhouette. Project completion is scheduled for May 2026.
